In short: einvestitii.ro helps you understand the markets, but it does not tell you what to do with your money. The decisions and the risks are yours.
1. General information, not advice
Everything we publish (data, charts, indicators, scores, verdicts, fair values, projections, scenarios, news, summaries, guides, broker comparisons) is general and educational information. It is not:
- investment advice or a personal recommendation suited to your situation;
- an offer or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or crypto-asset;
- tax, legal or accounting advice.
We are not authorised by the ASF (the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority) or by any other authority to provide investment services. If you want a recommendation tailored to you, ask an authorised adviser.
2. Scores and verdicts are a model's opinions
Verdicts (from “Very attractive” to “Very unattractive”) and scores are calculated automatically by a quantitative model, over a 12-month reference horizon. They are opinions about companies, formed on the basis of the available data, not certainties. The model can be wrong, can use incomplete or delayed data and cannot foresee unexpected events. How it works is described in the Methodology, and conflicts of interest in Investment Recommendations (MAR) and Conflicts of Interest.
3. Data may contain errors or delays
Market and financial data comes from third-party providers and public sources. It may be delayed (from a few minutes up to a day, depending on the market and the provider), incomplete or wrong. Prices shown are indicative and are not suitable for trading. Always check important information at the source (the company's reports, the exchange, your broker).
4. Past results do not guarantee the future
Past performance, backtests on historical data and simulations are not a reliable indicator of future results. The value of investments can fall, and you may lose some or all of the money you invest.
5. Community content
Users' posts, comments, polls and predictions represent the opinions of their authors, not ours. We do not check them before publication and we do not endorse them. Authors may hold the instruments they write about.
6. Texts written with the help of AI
Some news stories, summaries, translations and explanations are written with the help of artificial intelligence and are labelled as such. They may contain errors. Verdicts are not decided by AI. Details in Artificial Intelligence and Editorial Policy.
7. External links and partners
Links to other websites, including to brokers and crypto platforms, are provided for your convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or services. Some are affiliate links, explained in Affiliate Links and Advertising.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses or damage resulting from the use of information on the site or from investment decisions made on the basis of it. The full rules on liability, including the exceptions the law does not allow us to limit, are in section 14 of the Terms.
9. Taxes
Investment gains may be taxable. Your tax obligations (filing, payment) are your own. Any tax information on the site is general.
