Affiliate Links and Advertising

Affiliate links may appear on pages about brokers, crypto platforms and wallets, as well as in some news stories and widgets. If you open an account or deposit money through them, the partner may pay us a commission: a fixed amount for each new customer or a percentage of the revenue that customer generates. It costs you nothing extra.

We label them clearly with the text “Affiliate link” or “Partner broker”, and technically they carry the rel="sponsored" attribute. If a partner is also a listed company that we analyse, the company's page states that we receive commissions from it (see Investment Recommendations (MAR) and Conflicts of Interest).

• Verdicts on companies have nothing to do with our partners.
• Broker scores and rankings use the same criteria for everyone, partners or not, and these criteria are described on their pages. A partner cannot pay for a better score or a higher position.
• We also feature brokers we have no partnership with.
• Some texts and some score proposals for brokers are prepared with the help of artificial intelligence, then checked and corrected by our team, which decides the final score.

We work only with firms authorised in the European Union or the European Economic Area (for example, by the ASF, the Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority, CySEC, BaFin or other authorities) and, for crypto, only with crypto-asset service providers authorised under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 (MiCA) and listed in the ESMA register. Each partner's authorisation is shown on its page. Check it yourself anyway in the authority's register.

Next to brokers that offer CFDs, we display the mandatory risk warning, with the percentage of retail accounts that lose money with that broker, as published by the broker. See also the Investment Risk Warning.

When you open an account with a broker or a crypto platform, you enter into a contract directly with them, under their rules. We are not responsible for their services, prices or decisions. The partner only learns that you came from us, not your einvestitii.ro account data.

• Ads are labelled “Advertisement” and are kept separate from our content.
• Subscribers do not see ads.
• Advertising networks (for example Google) may use cookies only with your consent; see the Cookie Policy.
• In the advertising networks, we block ads for unregulated investments, and we immediately remove any such ad that we notice or that you report to us.

If we ever publish an article paid for by someone, we label it clearly at the top with “Advertisement” or “Sponsored content” and with the name of whoever is paying. Users who receive money or other benefits for a post must label it the same way, as the Community Rules require.
