Points, Predictions and Leaderboard Rules

• You pay nothing to take part and you bet nothing.
• Points have no monetary value and cannot be sold, bought, transferred or exchanged for money, products or subscriptions.
• We do not offer prizes for points, predictions or leaderboard positions. If we ever run a campaign with prizes, it will have separate official rules.
• Predictions are opinions, not investment recommendations.

Likes and votes count only when they come from confirmed accounts that are more than one day old and not blocked. Deleted content takes its points with it. The team does not collect points.

Newcomer (0 points), Active (100), Investor (300), Analyst (1,000), Strategist (3,000), Expert (10,000), Legend (30,000). Your points and level are shown on your public profile.

• What they are: polls about the price of an asset that has a page on the site, on a closing date between 7 days and one year away, with 2-4 price options.
• Voting: you need a confirmed account. Your vote is anonymous (no one can see who voted for what, not even the author) and you can change it. Voting closes when a quarter of the period is left. A changed vote counts from the date of the change.
• The result: the price at the close (the closing day, 23:59 Romanian time), meaning the closing price in our market data or, if there is none, the first quote after the close.
• Unclear cases: if we do not have a reliable price within 72 hours, or if the final price differs by a factor of more than 5 from the starting price (for example, after a stock split or a data error), the team decides: it sets the correct price or cancels the prediction.
• Points go only to those who got it right, and only if the prediction had at least 5 votes: 10 × R × T, rounded, where R reflects how few people got it right (at most 10) and T how early you voted (between 0.625 and 1).

You vote on whether a company will report earnings per share above the analysts' estimate. The result is the one reported by the company, taken from our data. You see the community percentages after you vote, once there are at least 20 votes. Individual votes are deleted 7 days after the results are reported; only the totals and your accuracy remain.

• It shows points from predictions (price predictions and “Beat the estimate?”), for the current month and for all time, with each person's accuracy.
• You are included only if you have at least 10 results and have made your prediction score public, from Account → Profile.
• People with equal points share the same position.
• It is updated once an hour.

The following are prohibited: multiple accounts, vote-trading agreements, like-swapping, bought accounts and any other method of inflating points or leaderboard positions. If we discover them, we cancel the points obtained in this way, remove the account from the leaderboard and may apply the measures in the Community Rules.

We may change the values, limits and formulas to keep the game fair. Points earned before a change are kept. We may discontinue the points system, with prior notice; since points have no value, discontinuing it does not give rise to any right to compensation.
