Screener

Stocks with upside to the analyst price target

Companies whose average analyst target sits at least 15% above today’s price. A target is an estimate, not a promise: we only show it when enough analysts cover the stock and it is not unrealistically high.

The screener shows data, not investment advice. Analyst targets appear only where the data is reliable, using the same rules as our analysis pages.

How to read the results

Three metrics that show up in almost every screener, and what they actually tell you.

P/E: what you pay for earnings

How many years of current annual earnings the share price buys. A P/E of 15 means 15 years of today’s profit. It only makes sense within a sector: banks usually trade on low P/Es, tech on high ones.

Dividend yield

A year of dividends divided by the share price. A very high yield sometimes comes from a falling price, which is why the share of earnings paid out matters too.

ROE: what the equity earns

Annual profit divided by shareholders’ equity. Above 15% is considered good, but a high ROE built on heavy debt is more fragile, so check Debt/EBITDA as well.
