Subscription Terms

• Monthly: 9.99 € per month;
• Annual: 89 € per year.

The price shown at checkout for your country is the final price, including VAT where it is due. What the subscription includes is described on the pricing page and is also set out in the confirmation email we send you.

A promotional code applies only to the first payment, unless stated otherwise next to it, and cannot be combined with other discounts.

You choose a plan, fill in your billing details, tick your agreement to these terms and press the payment button. Before you pay, you see the plan, the total price and the renewal date, and you can correct your details by going back to the previous step. The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed, in the language in which you use the site. We send you a confirmation by email with the plan, what it includes, the price and the renewal date, and the invoice appears in Account → Subscription. The version of these terms that you accepted remains available on this page, in the version history.

Payment is made on the secure page of the payment processor (being completed). Your card details never reach us.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year), using the same payment method, at the price you pay now, until you cancel it. A new price only applies under the conditions in section 6. You can always see the next renewal date in Account → Subscription.

For the annual plan, we send you an email 30 to 7 days before the renewal, with the date and the amount.

If the renewal payment fails, we keep your access for another 7 days and try again. If it still fails, the subscription stops and your account remains a free account.

You can cancel at any time from Account → Subscription → “Cancel renewal”, without giving a reason and at no cost. The subscription will no longer renew, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing is refunded for a period that has already started, except in the situations in sections 5, 7 and 8 of these terms and in sections 12, 17 and 19 of the Terms.

Where available, you can also pause your subscription or change your plan on the same page. The effect of each option is shown to you before you confirm.

If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of its conclusion, without giving any reason, under Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 34/2014 on consumer rights.

5.1. Access starts immediately

When you pay, you expressly ask us to start providing the service immediately, before the 14 days are over, and you acknowledge that, if you withdraw, you pay for the part of the service used up to that point.

5.2. How to withdraw

• From your account: Account → Subscription → “Withdraw from the contract here”. We show you your name, your subscription and the email address where you will receive the confirmation, and then you press “Confirm withdrawal”.
• By email: write to us at zmentaro@gmail.com saying that you are withdrawing from the contract, from your account email address. You may also use the form below, but you do not have to.

Your withdrawal is in time if you send it before the 14 days have passed. We confirm receipt immediately by email, with the content of your withdrawal and its date and time.

5.3. What you get back

Subscriber access stops when you confirm. We refund the amount you paid minus the value of the days used, calculated pro rata (for example, out of 30 days for the monthly plan or 365 for the annual plan; a day that has started counts as a full day), to the same payment method, within 14 days at most, with no other charges.

We may change subscription prices. For existing subscriptions, the new price applies only from a renewal that takes place at least 30 days after we have notified you by email. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal and you will not pay the new price.

Your subscription gives you access to the service described on the pricing page. If the service is not in conformity, you have the rights provided by Government Emergency Ordinance (OUG) no. 141/2021 on contracts for the supply of digital content and digital services: you can ask us to bring it into conformity. If we do not manage to do so within a reasonable time and at no cost to you, or if the lack of conformity is serious, you may ask for a proportionate price reduction or end the contract, with a refund of the unused part. The service may have short planned interruptions for maintenance, which we announce on the site where possible.

If we close your account for the reasons in section 13.2 of the Terms, we refund the unused part, except in cases of fraud (for example, payments with stolen cards or getting around payment). If we discontinue the paid service altogether, we notify you at least 30 days in advance and refund the unused part.

The invoice is issued using the billing details you fill in: as an individual or as a company (with a tax identification code). You receive the invoice by email and can find it in Account → Subscription. Where the law requires it, the invoice is also sent through RO e-Factura (the Romanian national e-invoicing system).

If you buy as a business or as a professional, you do not have the right of withdrawal and the special consumer rules do not apply. The rest of these terms apply in the same way.

Free days earned through the “Invite friends” programme are added according to the rules in the programme rules. They cannot be converted into money.

Write to us at zmentaro@gmail.com, with your account email address and the invoice number. We reply within 30 days at most.
